last day = first day.

it should be the last day and i should be feeling great, but may was a busy month with graduation and everything. i feel the need to start over. oh and you can tell i'm starting over cuz there was no transformation. sad huh? i need some support. im in the biggest slump of my life with no workout partner over here in nowheresville.

Nutrition:
730: nature valley trail mix bar
830: 1 small nectarine
1245: 1/2 a 6" subway sandwich (so i guess a 3" sandwich?) on wheat + tuna + tomatoes + olives + lettuce + jalapenos + peppercinis 
1330: 1 venti black tea lemonade sweetened
1700: the rest of that sandwich from subway.. 3 incher, 1 nature valley trail mix bar
1900: 1 tall soy chai from starbeezy.. 
2200: 1 bagel and cream cheese

WOD
warm up-- sit ups, push ups, squats, back extensions.. (15 reps x 3) and samson stretch x 3
32 mins on elliptical = 3.02 mi
50-40-30-20-10 standing lunges & sit ups alternating
