Day 7

Nutrition

900: 2 eggs, 4 slices of bacon, and...... rice, glass of chocolate milk
1115: 16 oz caramel white chocolate mocha
1800: bowl of yogurt burst cereal + non fat milk
2000: 1 large sweet tea

WOD
toe touch sit ups x 30
flutter kicks x 30
butt lift sit ups x 30
left elbow to right knee sit ups x 30
right elbow to left knee sit ups x 30
twisty sit ups x 30
supermans x 30
plank x 30 seconds
left side plank x 30
right side plank x 30
15 push ups
10 air squats

note that those are my name of the work out... i try.

I have been thinking a lot lately and think I am going to need to cut rice out of my diet. I will start that soon if not tomorrow. You hear it first. No more rice.

more squats, less ab work! you actually don't need to work your abs from a million different angles. there's no such thing as "spot reduction " (aka do a million crunches and get a six-pack)

try to get off the rice. and as far as the rest of your nutrition goes,

start your day off with protein, little carbohydrate and some fat.. lunch = same thing. towards the latter half of the day stay away from carbohydrate and sugar! proteins and fats ftw!
