Day 15

Nutrition

850: 1 nature valley fruit and nut bar
1300: 1 peanut butter sandwich on cracked wheat bread
1315: 20 oz iced passion tea lemonade
1700: the rest of my southern salad which was about 4 bites total
1710: 1 slice of cracked wheat bread + peanut butter
1715: 20 oz sweet tea... but i only drank half cuz i wasted it :( and it got all watery
2130: 1 flatbread + 3 slices of bacon + 2 slices of provolone cheese + lettuce + tomatoes + olives + peppercinis + jalapenos, glass of lemon iced tea

I actually am feeling a lot better. I have more energy and push myself to be active. It is tough with this schedule and it is tough to eat healthy when I don't have food! I am broke and wish I could go grocery shopping, but it's a good thing i'm going home for father's day .. haha maybe my parents will take my food shopping. YES! I also think I am seeing improvement. I kinda want to compare my before and after pictures... maybe even be brave enough to post them? YIKES!
