Nutrition
800: 1 sausage patty, 1 hashbrown patty, scrambled eggs, and 1 biscuit... 12oz mocha
1130: two slices of bread with peanut butter
1400: wrap + pastrami + cucumber + tomatoes + lettuce + onions, a bite of a chili dog, 1/4 slice of swiss cheese, lemonade
1800: medium rare steak and a small portion of rice, glass of arizona iced tea
2200: some chips and spinach dip not a whole lot.

WOD
hiked trails at Mt. Rainier National Park, but I didn't keep track of how many miles.
Played with Deuce my dog for 20 minutes

Nutrition
630: scrambled eggs + green and red peppers + mushrooms + cheese + tomatoes, glass of milk, blueberries
1300: medium rare burger + salsa + jalapenos + lettuce + tomatoes, fries, water
1430: 1 caramel drumstick :( :( i know!! gr. ok. sorry.
2100: rice and 1/2 a fried fish, green beans + shrimp (some concoction my g-ma does, hella good!), and water

WOD
NONE :( i had a final .. then traveled 6 hours.
