okay so i'm glad i heard it was national running day.
Nutrition
700: 1/2 a mini blueberry muffin (blueberries stimulate your brain and help with memory, so i've been told)
815: 1 small piece of bread and 1 serving of egg salad from the CUB, i drank 1/4 of my iced 16 oz toffee nut latte and threw it out cuz it was not yummy
1200: 2 hard boiled eggs + salt
1330: one large sweet tea to last me through my test and work
1745: 1 nature valley dark chocolate trail mix bar
2000: 2 folded Tim's Cascade original chippys (mouth watering & i really only had two), 1 piece of watermelon, 1 serving of chunky salsa salad
2100: 7 classic wings from the "ZZU" + glass of water
2215: 1 watermelon
WOD
warm-up: push-ups, sit-ups, supermans, dips, squats 15 reps x 3 + samson stretch x3
5k run = 25:55 ! i tried to keep it under 30 minutes and I did. yay me!
