day 2, part 2

Nutrition

720: 1 nature valley trail mix bar
1145: 1 small nectarine
1215: 1 crunchy peanut butter sandwich and 16oz caramel lite frap
1730: 1 small to medium size bowl of crunchy salsa salad, 1 small blueberry muffin, 1 glass of milk
2130: a couple chippys, water melon, 1/2 a blueberry muffin, more water melon

WOD
32 minutes on elliptical = 3.02 miles
100 push-ups, 140 sit-ups, 160 squats = 14:17
2 pick up games @ rec.

okay.. it's a start, you know? :) i did it tho.

thanks :) yeah, i have the outdoors.. a stadium, fields, a campus with hills, a rec center that has medicine balls, mats, physioballs, boxes, etc etc.. it has plenty except those kettleball things.
