900: 1 yoohoo box (chocolate milk for those of you who don't know)
1000: 1 fiber one snack bar
1300: 1 sandwich on cracked wheat w/ turkey meat + cheddar  cheese + tomatoes + a small blob of mayo, 4 or 5 strawberries
1730: 20 oz strawberry lemonade blended, 1 rainier cherry
2145: 1 serving of pasta tossed in extra light olive oil + tomates + grilled chicke,  4 strawberries, and rainier cherries
