  • 1030: baked salmon + mayo + rice, milk
  • 1600: 1 really ripe mango
  • 2000: 1 peanut butter frost, 6" sandwich on wheat + cold cut trio +lettuce + tomato + olive + banana peppers + jalapenos + provolone cheese
WOD
  • 2 rds of 800m run
  • time-- rd1: 3:18, rd2: 3:32
  • 200m of walking lunges
  • 50 sit-ups
we totally died after the rd2 of the 800m run, but we're going to re-attempt that workout in the near future!! trust me.
