- 900: 1 nature valley strawberry yogurt bar
- 1045: 12 oz soy chai (oregon chai)
- 1330: 1 mini bagel + 1 egg + jimmy dean mini sausage patty, glass of milk
- 1730: 1 slice of wheat bread + crunchy peanut butter, 1 mini jimmy dean sausage patty, glass of water
- 2100: 1 baked chicken wing honey bbq, 1 small tilapia grilled, tomatoes, 1/4 c dirty rice, glass of milk
WOD
- Warm-up
- Sumo high dead lifts
- Sit-ups
I am feeling more energized especially since I was in a slump for about a month. I also realize working out without anyone is difficult. It's difficult going through this alone and staying motivated. My roomies do help me try to stay on track and I think talking about it more helps me stay committed. Lastly, I am trying to be more conscious about what I eat, but it is definitely hard to when you are on a budget and can't always buy or have the things you should be eating. I don't grocery shop often (due to lack of funds!) and so I make do with what we have here. I have made my portions smaller though. We'll see how this goes.
