  • 800: 1 mini bagel + cream cheese, glass of milk
  • 900: nature valley vanilla yogurt bar, breyer's strawberry light yogurt
  • 1330: peanut butter sandwich on wheat, glass of water, 1/4 "coug" burger (2 beef pattys + egg + lettuce + tomatoes), litterally 6 strands of pesto pasta + 2 mini shrimps, glass of milk
  • 2130: glass of water, daily grind peanut butter frost 12 oz, 1 chicken panini + tomatoes + onions + pesto, 1 serving tortilla chips
