I ate pretty bad this weekend. I was in Las Vegas and ate a buffet, but I only went back once which is a lot less than I used to do. I also walked about 3 miles in heels one night. Here are a few things i ate tho this weekend though
- 12 oz java chip light (starbucks)
- turkey ciabatta (1/2 of it)
- Planters Day Break Blend Apple Cinnamon (includes dried apple, walnuts, granola, and berries)
- 1 Spamusabi
- 1 small serving of chicken teriyaki
- 1 serving a mac salad
- 1 can of guava juice
- 1 bagel + cream cheese
- 1 santa fe omelette (3 eggs + gouda cheese + peppers + jalapenos +ham)
- 1 glass of chocolate milk
- 1 pancake + syrup
- 1/2 slice of cheese pizza (villas)
- 1 serving a ben and jerry's oatmeal chocolate chip ice cream
- buffet... consisted of a plate of many wonderful delicious foods! (most of it was seafood and broccoli) i also had a small bowl of won ton soup and then topped it off with a cone of soft serve chocolate ice cream.
- 1 small package of airplane pretzels
i told you i didn't eat well this weekend! :( it was tough. sorry.

Nutrition
- 900: 12 oz iced mocha machiatto.. didn't have time for breakfast. i had a final today and was on the go. i was upset about that. I should have woke up earlier, but then I'd be running on no sleep.
- 1300: 1 ham sandwich on wheat bread + 1 slice provolone cheese + tomatoes, 1/4 c traditional chex mix, 1 oreo
- 1730: 1 nature vale fruit and nut bar
- 2215: 2 eggs-- omelette + ham + tomato + 2 small pieces of kraft cheese, 1 glass of milk
