920: 1 golden delicious apple
1600: multi grain tortilla + 4 pieces of ham + 1 slice of provolone cheese + lettuce, glass of V8 peach mango juice
1800: glass of V8 peach mango juice
2120: 1 slice of pizza (homemade with cheese, pepperoni, and mushrooms, glass of v8 peach mango juice

WOD
1 mile
10 pull-ups, 20 push-ups, 30 squats x 8
20 pull-ups, 40 push-ups, 60 squats x 2
1 mile

why in the hail did you do "MURPH"?

you shouldn't be doing any workout that lasts longer than 20 minutes yet.

sorry. my friend christian and i were looking for a good workout. i feel like i dont do enough when im only doing 15 to 20 minutes of physical activity. plus, honest mistake didnt know i wasnt supposed to do anything more than 20 minutes.

well.. if it makes up for it im not working out today. just going for a nice hike!
