way behind!!

I'm way behind. this past week was crazy with graduation and all, but this is what i got in. 

WOD

100 push-ups
140 sit-ups 
160 squats
time: 14:48

(5/5/09)
  • 2 mile run-- time: 19:00
(5/7/09)
  • 1/4 mile - 50 push-ups - 50 supermans x 3
  • time: 22:20

Hours of sleep: 5 hours
Nutrition
  • 700: 1 nature valley yogurt bar vanilla
  • 900: 1 chunky peanut butter sandwich
  • 1300: 1 iced tall toffee nut latte (Starbucks)
  • 1445: 1 english muffin (whole grain) + canadian bacon + egg
  • 1900: 1 serving of pasta + tomato sauce + 1/4 piece of round beef loin steak
WOD
  • 50-40-30-20-10 walking lunges and sit-ups
  • 60 dips
  • 100 squats
  • 60 push-ups
