ok. this will be the last day where i cheat. i've been indulging in sweets. cookies, ice cream, you name it. i have to be focused. I have changed my eating habits a lot though, I do have to say. I do feel a lot more energized though so, I am seeing improvements there.
Hours of Sleep: 8 hours
Nutrition:
- 930: 1 sunny side up egg, 1 mini bagel, 1 glass of milk, 1 slice of wheat bread w/ peanut butter
- 1100: 1/2 a chocolate chip cookie
- 1845: 1 piece of bratwurst original sausage, 1/4 piece of a steak, corn, 1/4 serving of Au Gratin, glass of milk, 1/2 a cookie
- 100: bowl of cereal, 1/2 cookie, mini bagel + peanut butter
