week 6! can you believe it?

am i showing improvement? I am feeling really good.


Nutrition
800: 1 serving of scrambled eggs with cheese, 2 sausages, 1 hard boiled egg, milk
1200: 1 small salad with ranch dressing + lettuce + tomatoes + olives + hard boiled egg crumbs + bacon, 1/2 cup of creamy chicken noodle soup, water, 12 oz iced white chocolate mocha from starbucks
1730: 1 breaded lime tilapia, 1 piece of turkey, 1 serving of corn, water

WOD
4 miles in about 35 minutes.

I definitely need to look up more workouts. i'll find one tonight for tomorrow's WOD. I am thinking about joining the Bremerton Crossfit when i finally move back home this August. I am looking forward to that! :) my brother will be home for a lil bit so we can go check it out.

Lastly, I am thinking of posting my before and after pictures some time soon.. MAYBE. stay tuned you might .. MIGHT be surprised? haha.
